Toshiko Yuasa, the first Japanese woman physicist and a pioneer in the Franco-Japanese cooperation. The FJPPL hasl be named, the "Toshiko Yuasa Lab." (TYL) at the end of the lab. workshop in Tsukuba (May 21, 2009).

Toshiko Yuasa, the first Japanese woman physicist and a pioneer in the Franco-Japanese cooperation. To honour her memory, the FJPPL has been renamed, the "Toshiko Yuasa Lab." (TYL) in a special ceremony during the last workshop in Tsukuba (May 21, 2009).
