 Toshiko Yuasa, the first Japanese woman physicist and a pioneer in the Franco-Japanese cooperation. To honour her memory, the FJPPL has been renamed, the "Toshiko Yuasa Lab." (TYL) in a special ceremony during the last workshop in Tsukuba (May 21, 2009).
