For candidates coming from Universities: please note that your University is awarded a fixed and limited number of grants by CSC. Your university will therefore establish its own list of candidates which will be transfered to CSC. This is usually done in December or January. Your name has to be on this list in order to get a grant! Unfortunatly the procedure to establish this list differs from one University to the other. We therefore strongly suggest that you contact your own university administration in order to get valid information. This procedure do not apply to candidates from CAS institutes (including USTC).
