The selection procedure is the following: |

- First the FCPPL Steering Committee will preselect students who apply to a French lab member of FCPPL.

- - First the FCPPL Steering Committee will preselect students who apply for a stay in a French lab member of FCPPL. Candidates have to download the application form and fill it in. The applicant 's tutor in France also has to fill in the FCPPL PhD commitment and sign it together with the applicant. Both files have to be sent by email to omartino@in2p3.fr before February 10, 2012.

- Then the CSC will evaluate the preselected candidates according to CSC requirements and priorities, and will inform the successful candidates in May or June 2011. Details on this second step are available on this web page (in Chinese).

- - If the FCPPL steering committee validates the candidate's application, then the candidate has to proceed with the application to CSC. This second step will take place between February 20 and March 10, 2012. Details on the CSC application procedure will be available soon on this web page. CSC will evaluate the preselected candidates according to its own requirements and priorities, and will inform the successful candidates in May or June 2012.

- For candidates coming from Universities: please note that your University is awarded a fixed and limited number of grants by CSC. Your university will therefore establish its own list of candidates which will be transfered to CSC. This is usually done in December or January. Your name has to be on this list in order to get a grant! Unfortunatly the procedure to establish this list differs from one University to the other. We therefore strongly suggest that you contact your own university administration in order to get valid information. This procedure do not apply to candidates from CAS institutes (including USTC).
