Site naming Convention

This page describes the principles and logic behind the sites naming and organization

Anyone in the world can register, however the registration gives access in reading and writing to the Intranet pages only if those rights are granted by the administrator of the site/project.

Each project have at least 3 sites (Public, Members, Steering committee):

Public Sites:

Project presentation and General Info: readable by the whole planet (can only be edited by the Steering Committee members)

Members Sites:

Open (reading and writing) to the project members, i.e. all members of the FCPPL. They must have registered first, obviously. On these sites they can, for example, uploaded ("Attach") their proposal during the "Call for Proposals", make comments, and suggestions... These sites are named *****Intra, i.e. FCPPLIntra. Steering Committee Sites:

exception: ASEPSfrSC : Asia-Euro Physics Summit French Steering Committee... a *****SCI for the International Steering Committee will be created soon
