Dear ASEPS participants,
It's a great pleasure to announce you that, the International Conference
on Materials Science and Technology 2010 (ICMST 2010) will be held in
Serpong, Indonesia, during October 19 to 22, 2010, in conjunction with the
Asian Workshop on Solid State Ionics. The main theme of ICMST 2010 is
Research and Development of Advanced Materials for Better Future.
The conference is organized by the Center for Technology of Nuclear
Industry Materials (PTBIN), National Nuclear Energy Agency (BATAN) with
the aim to provide International forum for presenting research papers and
depth discussion by scientists from Indonesia, Asia and other countries on
the state of the art in materials science research. This should be
accomplished by the presence of invited world-class speakers for the
scientific programme.
The focus of ICMST 2010 will be on Materials Science and Technology,
including Nano materials and Nano technology, the application of Nuclear
technology for materials research, or more precisely, neutron scattering
method, etc. Solid state ionics have been playing an important role on the
development of micro energy sources and devices such as lithium battery,
fuel cells, hydrogen storage, solar cells, supercapacitor and biosensors.
Due to this reason, the Asian Workshop on Solid State Ionics will be
arranged in conjunction with the ICMST 2010.
On behalf the organizing committee of the ICMST 2010, it is our honor to
invite you to participate and present your current work at this
conference. Your contribution to this conference will be very important
for further Asia-Europe collaboration in this field. If you accept please
