*CALL IS NOW OPEN FOR APPLICATION UNTIL JAN 31st, 2021*
   * the projects funded in 2019 <b>do not need</b> to submit a <b>report</b> this year
   * the projects requesting funding in 2021 need to submit the <b>proposal form</b>

*IMPORTANT*: The application must be prepared <b>in collaboration by the Chinese and French teams</b> involved in the proposal. <br>
Budget request and proposed research plans have to be agreed upon by the 2 sides and detailed in the report. <br>
French and Chinese budget requests should be somewhat balanced.
