2015 projects application and 2014 reports

Deadline for submission of applications and reports : 15 February 2015

Please note that, from 2015, some limited support will be considered for Japanese collaborators not belonging to KEK, with priority for projects promoted by KEK.

How to apply ?

Two forms should be completed and attached to this page (see the "Attach" keyword on the top-right of this page):

Proposal Application for the period April 1st 2015 to March 31st 2016

1. Fill the Application Form ( Text in red should be removed or updated, numbers are given as example only).
   • Project renewal should keep the same ID even if there are changes in some parts of the activity.
   • New projects should be given a New ID as follows: "New_InitialsOfTheLeader" (French or Japanese). This ID is temporary, it will be changed to a more meaningful acronym.
2. The application file should named Application_ID_.doc (for example: Application_D_RD_1.doc for a project continuation or Application_New_DPG.doc for a new project).
3. Upload the completed application file to this web page ( see at the top of this page "Attach", do not forget to type the ID of the project in the comment box).
   Do NOT upload any file with the filename "application-orig-2015.doc".

Project Status Report supported from April 1st 2014 to March 31st 2015

1. Fill the Report Form ( Text in red should be removed and replaced by the appropriate information, numbers are given as example only).
2. The report file should named Report_ID_.doc (for example: Report_D_RD_1.doc).
3. Upload the completed report file to this web page ( see at the top of this page "Attach", do not forget to type the ID of the project in the comment box).
   Do NOT upload any file with the filename "report-orig-2015.doc".
