Every year, applications to support staff exchanges between French and Japanese teams of scientists wishing to pursue a joint research project can be submitted to the !TYL-FJPPL. 

The timeline is usually as follows: <br>
 - deadline for applications in the middle of January <br>
 - independent evaluation by French and Japanese reviewers from January to May <br>
 - exchange of opinions on each project within the Steering Committee, followed by funding decisions <br>
 - allocation of French and Japanese funds in June <br>
