Constitution of a High Energy Physics Group at the College of Natural Sciences, Hà Nôi National University. This project is entirely supported by the Swiss Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL) from 2006 to 2008. The aim is to allow graduated students having a Bachelor degree in Physics to be integrated in the Lausanne group of LHCb during a short period of 3 months each year, to participate in LHCb, and to gather data to be analyzed either in Lausanne or in Hà Nôi. This is not a project in which students will get a degree from EPFL, but is rather intended to be a long term collaboration between EPFL and the College of Natural Sciences.
