These preferences overwrite the __site-level preferences__ in [[%SYSTEMWEB%.%WIKIPREFSTOPIC%]] and [[%LOCALSITEPREFS%]], and can be overwritten by __user preferences__ (your personal topic, eg: %USERSWEB%.%WIKINAME% in the [[%USERSWEB%.%HOMETOPIC%][%USERSWEB%]] web).
