   * <b>Given that due to Covid all the projects have been on hold for a while, we propose to start anew, so please</b>:
      *  <i><b>submit your project</i></b> (previous ongoing projet or completely new project) <i><b>as a new proposal using the 2023 proposal form</i></b>
   * <b>NOTE</b> that:

Budget request and proposed research plans have to be agreed upon by the 2 sides and detailed in the report. <br>
French and Chinese budget requests should be somewhat balanced.
